All bookings must be confirmed in writing (email or form). A 30 percent deposit of the total amount is required to validate the booking. The balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the departure date.
Payments can be made by bank transfer, CCP or in cash. For transfers, bank fees are the responsibility of the client.
Any cancellation must be notified in writing. More than 30 days before departure: full refund of deposit. Between 15 and 30 days: 50 percent refund of deposit. Less than 15 days: deposit is non-refundable.
Sun Land Tours undertakes to provide the services described in the booking contract. Our liability cannot be engaged in case of force majeure.
